Shipping Times

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Standard shipping within the EU typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way. Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (excluding sale items). Items must be unworn, in original
packaging, and with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us with your order number and reason, and we'll provide a return label (return shipping costs are on us for EU customers; international returns may incur fees). Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
